Ingredients
For the Chicken:
4 Chicken Thighs
4 Tbsp Honey Rub Classic Poultry
1 Tsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Black Pepper
For the Salad:
Raspberries Blackberries
Spinach
Pecans
Lemon
Cherry Tomatoes
1 Avocado
Red onion
Recipe
Add salt and pepper to the chicken thighs. In a bowl mix honey, lemon juice and oil.
Spread on thighs and grill for 20 minutes or until they’re well done. Serve over the salad and enjoy.
